By popular (well, Tim's and Teresa's) request. And yes. I've got much better (more important) things to do than take pics of my shopping trolley, but you must admit it's rather jolly.
It looks great and what a wonderful idea. I think its more classy than staggering along the road with over stretched arms laden down with shopping. Just think you can still strut your stuff and shop at the same time.
Smart! The flowers add a pleasant touch to what might otherwise be a grimly utilitarian design. It has something of the "snowboarder dude" chic which is currently very modish.
And my daughter's a fashion student, so I know whereof I speak...
I meant to tell you, Frances, I saw a young couple (students, I think) using one to do their shopping the other day - they're clearly the coming thing!
Alis - that's reassuring. The trouble is, if you buy a trolley at my age it's because you are Old. If you're a student, you obviously are not.(But I'm over that now.)
Thanks for that, Akasha, and a (late) merry Christmas to you too!
I live with my husband in Devizes in Wiltshire where I spend my time writing, reading, riding (I am the lucky owner of a beautiful horse, Blue), and keeping up with my four children and an increasing number of small grandchildren (eight so far). I was for many years a nurse and a Relate counsellor. I have taught creative writing both at a local college and a prison, and I review a wide variety of items - including books - for the Amazon Vine programme.I write to death row prisoners in America, being a life-long opponent jof the death penalty. And I spend too much time blogging..
