Fairfax speaks (doesn't happen often)..

Fairfax says Happy Christmas. So do I. And thank you to everyone who takes the trouble to trawl through my rambling posts (you know who you are).

  1. Thank you for your thanks Frances. Actually however one may describe your posts 'rambling' (to speak or write at length and with many digressions.) is not a word I'd use in describing your posts which are usually to the point and shorter than my paragraphs and frequently shorter than my comments.

  2. I always enjoy your posts, and speaking as a non horsey person....that is a beautiful photo of a very handsome Fairfax!

  3. We were watching Olympia yesterday (on TV), and were admiring the beautiful grooming of the horses. Fairfax obviously receives the same detailed attention; he looks beautiful, unlike the 4 dirty nags that 'just about survive' in the field below us. I send virtual carrots.

  4. Thank you, Fairfax. Thank you, Frances. I always enjoy your blog posts, as I'm something of a rambler myself, to put it mildly.
Our darlin' dog Lindy joins me in saying Merry Christmas to you and yours.

  5. I could copy & paste Graham's comment and publish it as my own comment, since it mirrors exactly what I wanted to say.
I often wish I'd be able to write more concisely and to the point, but - as you can see - I can't even do it in a simple comment.
Happy Christmas to you and your loved ones, too!
