HAPPY NEW YEAR! I thought I'd use this new picture of the newest addition to our family. This is his first new year, of course, so what better person to represent me? (Besides, he's a lot better-looking
than I am.)
No he isn't better looking than you. Maybe to Jimmy Saville and those of his ilk he is. He's a baby they all look the same. My wife drilled into me that I mustn't let them out of my sight. She was concerned lest I bring the wrong one back. Have a great year and all the best to the wee mite whoever he really belongs to.
Looks like your hands will be full for the next year or two, I can see you are going to have a happy new year, he is looking very knowing some how, I wonder what he has on his mind?
It was great!! Good food, pleasant company, good enough music, an overwhelmingly spectacular fireworks display, and dancing until the band packed up and left :-)
I live with my husband in Devizes in Wiltshire where I spend my time writing, reading, riding (I am the lucky owner of a beautiful horse, Blue), and keeping up with my four children and an increasing number of small grandchildren (eight so far). I was for many years a nurse and a Relate counsellor. I have taught creative writing both at a local college and a prison, and I review a wide variety of items - including books - for the Amazon Vine programme.I write to death row prisoners in America, being a life-long opponent jof the death penalty. And I spend too much time blogging..

Oh, Adrian....so young and yet so cynical...All babies are ENTIRELY different. Ask any woman.
DeleteGreat camera presence! A star in the making, for sure.

DeleteMmm... He might be slightly better looking but I bet you are better at controlling your bowel movements! It's all swings and roundabouts!
ReplyDeleteYP, please leave bowel movements out of this. It (they?) lower(s) the tone of the blog...
DeleteNot fair to compare, Frances. You have high cheekbones and he has none. He is adorable, however.
ReplyDeleteWishing you the very best in the new year.
K
The same to you, Kay!
