May moan

Last year, I posted about having to wear boots in June. Well, this year, it's even worse:

Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away.
Never thought I'd ever see the day
When I would wear
A vest in May.

Suddenly, weather's not the way it used to  be;
There's a raincloud hanging over me
And I am wearing a
A vest in May.
